Step 1: Get a Quote

To obtain a quote, you will need to send measurements and pictures of the item(s) you want upholstered. We need pictures of the front, back, and sides of each item. Pictures and measurements can be sent to a Customer Service Representative at masscor@doc.state.ma.us

Step 2: Drop Off

After you have received your quote and purchased fabric, you can contact us to schedule your drop off appointment.

Drop off days are Monday: 9am - 12pm, Wednesday: 9am - 2:30pm, and Friday: 1pm - 2pm.
Please call the Milford Showroom at (508) 422-1956 to schedule. At drop off you will need a 4" x 6" swatch of your purchased fabric for paperwork purposes, as well as a 50% deposit. After paperwork is finished, you will drive around to our loading dock, drop off your furniture, and let MassCor take care of the rest!

Step 3: Pick Up

Once your furniture is upholstered and ready for pick up, we will contact you via phone or email to schedule your pick up appointment.
Pick up days are Monday: 9am - 12pm, Wednesday: 9am - 2:30pm, and Friday: 1pm - 2pm.
At pick up you will pay the remaining 50% total, sign a shipping report, and go back around to our loading dock to pick up your furniture.
All items must be picked up within 10 business days of notification. A $25.00 per day storage fee is applicable thereafter.
